There’s a Ms hotfix for Forefront client which comes done via WSUS. This update requires a reboot. This obviously sucks. I noticed that using WSUS means that you can easily muck up some of the settings and deploy software or even randomly reboot machines. Not good. Downloaded the public beta and popped it on to a test 2008 domain a few weeks ago. So far, it’s making me look forward to Forefront v2 and what ISA 2008 or Threat Management Gateway as it’s been called, offers.
